Your competitors may be doing much better………but if they are I’m not sure how!! For me the process was excellent with very strong communication happening at all stages. I certainly felt involved, ultimately responsible but that a guiding hand was always there to help, steer, remind and organise as necessary. Best Rate Global was always professional, provided plenty of information on each candidate and I felt (despite a lack of clear coherent info from me) got a very good handle on the sort of person we were looking for. He then went on to provide candidates who were above and below this ‘ideal’. It gave us confidence in what was out there and what you get for your money. Sure, we ultimately made our own choice but I certainly do not feel we would have been able to find these excellent candidates without Best Rate Global’s help.
